The hidden snakes:
All you need is a rubber snake and some fishing line. Tie the fishing line around the snake and then attach the other end of the line to the inside of a cupboard or anything that opens and closes. Set it up so that when they open the door/cupboard the snake will jump out when they do. This is a totally easy prank to pull off.



The spicy tea:
When your colleges are away from work for a while, put some bastard hot chilies into their tea. Just wait to see their facial expression with a big surprise.



The hair dryer:
Get up really early and sneak into your victims’ bathroom and fill their hair-dryer with baby powder. And when they turn it on, their head will be pure white just like an old person!

The doors:
Switch the "Pull" and "Push" signs on a set of doors. Watch as people get confused trying to open the doors.

1. I believe the most important thing to consider when you are looking to plan an April Fools joke is to know your intended audience. Know their sense of humor and also interests. After all, the last thing you would want is to pull a joke that they think isn't funny or could not care less about. So know your target.

2. Do not wait until the last minute to try and pull something off. Plan a few days or weeks in advanced depending on the size and scale of the prank. Last minute attempts at pranks, generally, fail.

3. Consider all of the consequences of your joke (if there are any). You do not want to be the guy or girl who thinks they have a great prank and hurts the person (physically or mentally) or people you were pranking. Even worse, end up getting yourself hurt or in trouble.

8. Do not reuse the same pranks year after year. Even worse would be to use the same prank in the same year on more than one person. If you are going to do it right, keep it fresh and new.

9. If you cannot think of a joke which you are not happy with chances are it's not a good one. Trust your gut – if you think it would make a good joke, go for it. No one says you must have an April Fools joke every year. If one year you cannot think of a good joke wait until next year and plan a great one.

Actually we can handle this problem with an ease. Maybe you have not noticed one function of PowerPoint (for all versions) yet, which is called "Photo Album".
With this function, you can easily create a photo album, with one photo on one slide with a single mouse click.

First, run your PowerPoint, in the toolbar you will find "Insert", click it, and choose "Photo Album" below.



Second, in the pop up window, click "File/Disk" button



Third, another window show up, find the folder where your photos are, select them all, click "Insert" on the lower right corner.



That's it, an individual slide is created for each of the photos.

How to Add a MP4 Video into PowerPoint 2007

As we know Office PowerPoint provides us a "Insert" function to add picture, music and video into PowerPoint slide. Many people like to add short videos to make the PPT more attractive. But the video format supported by PowerPoint is limited. The best formats that all PowerPoint versions can support are AVI and WMV, which are created by Microsoft itself.

1.Click" developer" button to enter its menu layout

2. Select" More controls" button in " control" area, there will pop up a dialogue box



3. In the dialogue box, select" Windows Media Player", click" OK" to close the dialogue box. Then the mouse will become"+".

4. Drag the mouse, the player interface of Windows Media Player will appear in the PPT.

5. Select the player interface, right click, select" properties", a dialogue box will pop up.



6. Input the path and name of video file in" URL" option.

7. Close" properties" window, and you have inserted the MP4 video successfully.

When playing the MP4 video that is inserted into the PowerPoint, you have full control options such as play, pause, volume or stop.

Now, a new PowerPoint window will pop up, and that is a PPT file, you don't have to "Save as", it is a PPT file now.

How to Add Music to PowerPoint 2007 and Playing Across Slides

You need to enlarge the file size setting of PowerPoint 2007, click the round Office button > “PowerPoint Options” > choose “Advanced” in the pop up window > find the “Save” option on the right > set the max file size in “Link sounds with greater file size than” box, the number should be bigger than the file size of the music.







The only thing is that the file size of the final PPT file could be quite large.

Keeping your movie in the same folder as your presentation ensures the link will still work. However, you should always test the movie on a new machine just to be certain. Re-insert the movie, if necessary.
